We use your information to respond to your enquiries, manage enrollment/interest requests, and administer courses (e.g., scheduling and communication).

We process personal data to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (e.g., enrollment), to communicate with you, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in running the institute.

This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify on our behalf. Depending on configuration, data may be handled outside the EEA. Netlify describes its safeguards and practices in its privacy documentation.

Payments are processed by Stripe and Vipps. When you make a payment, relevant personal and payment data is handled by these providers under their own privacy policies. We do not store your card details.

We keep messages and form submissions only as long as needed for communication and administration. If you become a student, we may retain relevant records for a reasonable period for course administration and compliance.

You have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your personal data, and to object in certain cases. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
